This is an English reference translation of the Japanese 情報セキュリティ基本方針 (established June 5, 2024). Only the Japanese version is legally binding. If this translation and the Japanese version differ, the Japanese version prevails.

Action Guidelines

1. We take appropriate organizational and technical measures to reliably protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets, and we respond to changing information technology and new threats.
2. We provide information security training to all employees, make this policy thoroughly known, and work to raise and maintain awareness.
3. We set objectives for the management system and for information security, review them regularly, and continually improve and maintain them.
4. We delegate responsibility and authority to the management representative to implement, maintain and improve the management system.
